摘要
分析《金匮要略》蕴含的临床诊疗思维,认为疾病鉴别诊断是其重要内容,抓主症、辨汤证、审疾病是基本诊疗思路,症-证-病结合是完整的中医临床诊疗思维。
This paper analyzed the ideas on clinical diagnosis and treatment in Synopsis of Golden Chamber.It also proposed that differential diagnosis was the main content;grasping the primary symptom,differentiating syndromes and decoctions,examining the disease are the basic ideas.Combination of symptom,syndrome and disease is the whole of idea on clinical diagnosis and treatment in TCM.
