摘要
论述公共领域的存在及其问题界定源于启蒙运动的三大理想;经由罗尔斯将正义问题界定为其基本问题,哈贝马斯则基于"交往"和"交互主体性"对公共领域及其问题进行了新的思考,对于公共领域及公共政策的思考展现为一个逐步展开的理论思维过程。指出公共领域的存在是公共政策制定的前提和基础,公共领域的概念理清关乎解决公共领域中的问题争论。
The existence of public sphere and problem definition stems from the enlightenment ideal of the three.Rawls defines the issue of justice as the basic problem;Habermas is on new thinking of the ＂contact＂ and ＂intersubjectivity＂ in the public sphere and issues.The public sphere and theoretical thinking of public policy starts to show a gradual process.The existence concept of the public sphere is the basic problem of the debates.
