摘要
动车组转向架结构的复杂性,使得传统的培训模式已不能满足检修人员短时间内快速掌握检修技能的要求。针对CRH5动车组转向架的结构特点和功能,采用虚拟现实、多媒体和仿真技术,设计实现了动车组转向架虚拟仿真系统,可以清晰地表达转向架的技术信息、结构特点、安装顺序以及工艺要求等。详细介绍了该系统设计实现的关键技术和方法。实际应用表明,该系统不仅为动车组转向架的维护和人员培训提供了一个可视化的多媒体信息平台,也为其他场合的交流提供了直观的沟通方式。
The complexity of EMU bogies makes it difficult to train the engineers in a short term to enable them to master the skills for the overhaul tasks.Aimed at the structural and functional characteristics of the CRH5 EMU Bogies,the authors design and implement a virtual simulation system for it.The system can clearly and intuitively present various details on the technical parameters,structures,assembly sequences and technological requirements.This paper describes in detail the key techniques in the system design and implementation.It is shown by the practical use of the system that it not only provided a visualized multimedia platform for training the engineers for EMU Bogies overhaul,but can also support intuitive and efficient communications between relevant parties in other occasions.
