摘要
某铜冶炼厂转炉渣含铜4.60%,是具有较高经济价值的二次资源。对该转炉渣进行选铜试验研究,采用硫氨酯作铜捕收剂,在-0.075 mm占90%的磨矿细度下,经1粗3精2扫选闭路浮选,获得了铜品位为32.46%、铜回收率为89.75%的铜精矿,为该转炉渣中铜的回收提供了技术依据。
Slag of copper-smelting converter from a copper smelting works contains copper grade 4.60%,which is a kind of secondary resources with high economical value.Carried out the test of recovering copper from slag of copper-smelting converter,taking thionocarbamate as collector,in condition of grinding fineness at-0.075 mm 90%,after one roughing,three cleaning and two scavenging flotation process,got the copper concentrate grade of 32.46% and recovery of 89.75%.These provide technical reference for recovering copper from the slag of copper-smelting converter.
