汽车自动传动液含磷摩擦改进剂的合成与性能评定 被引量:3

摘要 由亚磷酸二丁酯与从长链α 烯烃合成所得的长链 1,2 环氧化合物进行反应 ,制备了 2 羟基 长烷链膦酸二丁酯类摩擦改进剂 ,经过低速摩擦试验机摩擦性能评定及 ABOT铝杯氧化试验评定 ,结果表明它具有满足汽车自动传动液要求的性能。 Friction modifiers,phosphonatediesters,were prepared by the reaction ofphosphite diesterswith epoxide.Evaluationswerecarried on low velocity friction apparatusand aluminum beakerox idation test.The results showed thatthe friction performance and the oxidative stability ofthe modifiers could meetthe requirementofautomatictransmission fluid.
