Effect of CD137/CD137L in anti-infectious immunity

摘要 CD137/CD137L是一种T细胞共刺激分子,近些年的研究表明它们在细菌、病毒等抗感染免疫方面起重要作用。文章就CD137/CD137L的结构和功能、以及其在抗感染性疾病的研究进展作一综述。 CD137 was reported as an effective costimulator for enhancing T-cell responses against bacterial and viral infections. In this paper, we will review advances in immune functions of CD137 and its ligand CD137L, especially in its anti-infection ability.
