摘要
多年来,国有企业在人才建设方面不断突破、不断创新,成效显著,但仍远远不能满足企业生产经营和市场形势发展的需要,如何树立科学的人才观,如何转变机制留住人才,是当前国有企业迫切需要解决的新课题。因此,论文分析了当前国有企业青年人才存在的问题,然后提出解决措施。
State - owned enterprises make remarkable breakthroughs and achievements in talents construction in recent years, but it is still far from meeting market development. How to establish the scientific attitude towards talent and how to change the mechanism in order to retain talent are the new problems facing state - owned enterprises. The paper analyzes the problems of young talents in current state - owned enterprises and proposes some solutions.
