摘要
老庄是道家思想的代表人物,"道法自然"思想是老庄思想的核心所在,表现出尊重自然、依循规律和崇尚自然道德的行为选择,有着深刻的养生学意义。中医学中的"治未病","和于四时阴阳",形神共养,调摄精神等养生思想的建构都与老庄"道法自然"的思想有着密切的关系。
LAO zi and ZHUANG zi are the reprentative of the daojia idea.＂doctrine imitating nature＂is the core of the idea of LaoZhuang,reprent the behavior of deferring to nature、according to the law and advocating nature,all have the meaning of the reqimen.The idea of nursing,for example ＂curing no disease＂,＂catering to season Yin and Yang＂,＂cultivating body and spirit＂,＂adjusting spirit＂ has releation to doctrine imitating nature of LaoZhuang.
