摘要
研究探讨了煤矿物联网的特点和关键技术,针对采煤机设备监控方面存在的不足,为准确获取采煤机设备的运行状态参数,提出了一种采煤机物联系统的设计方案。系统的设计分为感知层、网络层和应用层三个层次,设计了相关模块。该系统实现了采煤工作面的智能化识别、远程监控和管理,为数字化矿井建设奠定了基础。
This article introduces the concept of the Internet of things and the related basic knowledge. Aiming at the shortages of coal - mine machine equipment monitoring, put forward design scheme of the coal mine machine EPC System to gain the operation state parameter. The design of this system is divided into three levels: the perception layer, the network layer and the application layer. The system realize the intelligent recognition of coal - mining working surface and the remote monitoring and management, as a consequence of that, it lay a foundation for the digital mine construction.
