摘要
本文介绍了物联网的概念以及其工作原理,阐述了物联网技术在煤炭行业中的应用,并在VS2008环境下设计实现了简单的煤矿设备管理系统,利用工业以太网和无线传感网相结合的方式,传输井下各种设备的EPC码信息,避免了传统的用RFID作标签引起的隐私泄露和环境污染问题。通过井上的监控中心对各种设备进行有效地监控,并且能够及时的和远程客户厂家交流产品设备的工作和状态信息,对确保煤矿的安全生产有一定的意义。
The concept and working principle of Internet of Things are introduced, also the use of Internet of Things in the coal industry is presented. Then a simple System of coal mine Equipment Management has been designed in VS2008 for the transmission of the EPC code information of all kinds of underground equipments by the way of combining the industrial Ethernet and wireless sensor network, avoiding the problem of the privacy leak and environmental pollution caused by the tradition of using RFID as tags. Effectively monitoring the variety of devices in the control center on the ground and timely exchanging the information of the equipments ’ working and status information with the remote customer and manufacturers, have a certain meaning to ensure the safety of the coal mine.
