摘要
以苯甲酸钠为对照组,分别研究核桃青果皮的石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、乙醇和水提取液对几种常见食品微生物的抑菌效果。结果表明,核桃青果皮提取液对细菌具有较强的抑制作用,啤酒酵母次之,乙酸乙酯和石油醚提取物的抑菌效果优于其它溶剂。
The bacteriostasis of systematic solvents extracts from walnut green peel was studied.Six systematic solvents extracts were conducted for the inhibitory effects against food spoilage.The results showed that the extracts from walnut green peel could effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria. The petroleumether and acetate extract had stronger effects than other solvents.
