摘要
采用UG建立采煤机搬运车车体模型和履带支架,导入RecurDyn的履带车辆子系统Track(HM)建立采煤机搬运车虚拟样机,对履带车辆在松散土路、坚实土路、水泥路面3种地面的原地转弯过程进行动力学仿真,得到采煤机搬运车各种路面下仿真的转矩,为采煤机搬运车转向性能的研究与设计提供一定的理论基础。
Using the UG to establish model of coal shearer carrier bodywork and track carrier roller,and importing Tract system to build virtual prototyping of coal shearer carrier.For reason of offering theoretical principle of studying and design coal shearer carrier cornering ability,we got various torques in every situation by emulating wendevorgang of coal shearer carrier in three lands.
