摘要
以 OPG、 OPH、 OPK等 3个系列 6 0个引物对福建稻瘟菌进行了 DNA随机扩增多态性 (RAPD)分析 .6 0个引物中有 2 1个扩增出多态性条带 ,表明福建省稻瘟菌群体有丰富的 RAPD多态性 ,可为该菌的遗传分析提供大量的遗传标记 .对 RAPD条带多样性分析发现龙岩江山病圃稻瘟菌群体遗传多样性较简单 ,有明显优势种群 ,可能影响其抗瘟评定的代表性 。
Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis was conducted to study the molecular polymorphism of a rice blast fungus ( Magnaporthe grisea ) population in Fujian. The results showed that among 60 primers of OPG, OPH and OPK series, 21 primers could amplify the polymorphic bands, which proved that RAPD provided a lot of genetic markers for population genetic analysis of rice blast fungus. Meanwhile, the homogeneity and dominant clone of isolates from a blast nursery in Jiangshan, Longyan were detected, which suggested that evaluation of rice variety resistance to the blast disease should be done at several locations to avoid its inadequacy of representativeness.
