药物成瘾与突触可塑性调节 被引量：4

摘要 药物成瘾是由成瘾药物与大脑奖赏系统相互作用后产生的慢性、复发性脑病,涉及极其复杂的神经机制。成瘾性药物滥用不仅对生理、心理造成危害,对社会与道德尤具负面影响。对于成瘾性药物如何在哺乳动物脑中通过修饰神经回路、影响神经元可塑性,促成行为和认知上的长时程变化（如持续性觅药、复吸等），已成为基础和I临床神经科学研究中的主要热点和难题之一。
