摘要
在全球化、网络化、市场化时代背景下,当今中国社会的就业压力不断增大,企业不仅要求毕业生具有扎实的理论知识基础,同时应掌握一定的科学的管理技术、具有创新意识与开拓精神。随着我国企业改革实践的深入发展和高等教育教学目标的转变,管理学课程的教学面临着严峻挑战,本文从教学方法、调整实训力度以及改革考核方式等方面对传统的教学模式进行创新。
In the context of the era of globalization, networking, market-oriented, today's China employment pressure on society is increasing, enterprises not only graduates with solid theoretical knowledge base, and at the same time acquire a certain amount of scientific management techniques, with a sense of innovation and pioneering spirit. With the changes in in-depth development of China's enterprise reform and higher education teaching objectives, teaching management courses is facing serious challenges, teaching methods, increase training efforts, and reform of the assessment methods and other as- pects of the traditional mode of teaching innovation.
