摘要
目的 测定谷物中 T- 2毒素含量。方法 用 GC- 9A宽口径毛细管柱测定面粉中 T- 2毒素的含量。结果 该方法的回收率 2 0 0 ng为 86 .31%± 1.40 % ,5 0 0 ng为 89.2 2 %± 2 .0 4%。结论 方法操作简单 ,回收率高 ,最低检出量为 30 ng,线性范围 5 0～ 2 0 0 0
Objective To detect the content of T 2 toxin in grain.Methods We use the wide caliber gas chromatography to detect the content of T 2 toxin in grain.Results The average recoveries of 200ng and 500ng are 86.31%±1.40%,89.22%±2.04% respectively.Conclusions The method is simple,and the recovery is higher than that of other methods.At present,gas chromatography becomes popular in detecting T 2 toxin.Wide caliber gas chromatography is first used to detect T 2 toxin in the field of endemic disease research.This method provides more advantageous tool to detect grain toxin. [
