摘要
"以自然为法"是人类文明源头一个最为朴质的生存观念,其在中国古代演绎成"法自然"文化。在古今中外的时空大坐标中,富有张力的"法自然"的生存与观念文化是我们体认中国古代课程与教学思想之"同"与"常"的文化语境,是辨析中国古代课程与教学思想之"异"与"变"的文化批判语境,是澄清和西方课程与教学思想的自然法文化语境之联系与区别的文化比较语境,也是理清古代课程与教学思想传承与当代课程与教学创生关系的重要文化语境。
"Considering nature as the law of existence" was one of the most plain ideas at the origin of civilization,and evolved into a disposition-oriented culture of "conforming to naturalness" in ancient China. In the time-space coordinate from the ancient time to the contemporary time and from China to the West, the culture of "conforming to naturalness", which is full of tension, is not only the cultural context to identify the "commonness" and "stability" of the ancient Chinese thoughts of curriculum and instruction but also the critical context to discriminate the "differences" and "changes" of the thoughts. It is the comparative context to clarify the connection and difference with the context of natural law in the West, and also the important context to make clear the relationship of inheritance of ancient thoughts of curriculum and instruction with the innovation of contemporary thoughts of curriculum and instruction.
