摘要
目的：确定Ｐ７５（ 神经生长因子低亲合力受体） 在坐骨神经损伤后周围神经系统的表达分布。方法：切断大鼠右侧坐骨神经再吻合，术后不同时段上，切取与之相连的Ｌ４ ～Ｌ６ 脊髓节段和两侧脊神经节、左侧坐骨神经、吻合的右侧坐骨神经段作冰冻切片，再行ＬＳＡＢ 免疫组化染色，光镜下观察、拍照。结果：Ｐ７５ 在右侧脊髓前角运动神经元胞体、脊神经节感觉神经元胞体和右侧坐骨神经呈免疫组化阳性反应，而左侧均呈阴性反应。结论：Ｐ７５ 在坐骨神经损伤一侧的脊髓前角运动神经元胞体、脊神经节感觉神经元胞体和坐骨神经均有表达，而在未损伤的周围神经系统无表达。
To determine the expression site of P75 following peripheral nerve injury in rat.Methods:The right sciatic nerve of SD rat was cut and then anastomosed. At different intervals of postoperation, incisional biopsy was carried out from the spinal cord (L 4～L 6),collateral spinal ganglion, the left and right sciatic nerves, and stained with LSAB i mmunohistochemical method. Results:Positive immunoreactions happened in the operated sciatic nerve (right),the ipsilateral spinal ganglion and motor neuronal body of spinal cord. Conclusion: P75 expressed only in the injured sciatic nerve,the ipsilateral spinal ganglion and motor neuronal body of spinal cord, not in the normal peripheral nerve system.
