摘要
运用病案统计分析系统与医院信息系统的接口,自动采集医院运行中产生的数据,进行编辑、补充和完善后存入病案统计系统的数据库中,从原始数据的采集、数据质量的核查到深层次上的统计数据资料的分析,都是在网络环境下完成的,提高数据质量及统计报表的准确性必须加强数据核查、监控工作。建立数据仓库,充分开发利用数据资源,运用数理统计方法对医院医疗、教学、科研等各项活动进行管理监控和预测,为管理层做好参谋作用。
By using the interface between medical record statistics management system and hospital information system,the remote data would be automatically collected.And then we can preserve the data to the database of medical statistics management system after editing and improving.Under new model,all of these are completed in network environment,including original data collection,quality verification and the statistical analysis of the data.So we must strengthen the work of data check to improve the quality of data and statistical report.And we should establish the data base,then make full use of the data and analysis it by using statistical methods,it can provide help for hospital management.
