摘要
口腔科由于其工作和就诊患者的特殊性,提高医疗质量方面常常是医院管理的难点。本文旨在以口腔科具体有效的实践为医院质量管理提供思路。
Oral treatment because of their work and the specificity of their patients,so how to improve medical quality is the difficulty for the hospital management.This article is to provide ideas for quality management of the hospital,which is according to the concrete and effective practice of our department.In the past two years we use a perfect quality management system and a variety of ways to increase the awareness of total quality gradually.Fortunatly we has achieved remarkable effect.
