青藏高原牦牛原发性细粒棘球蚴的超微结构观察 被引量:11

摘要 运用电镜技术对青藏高原牦牛体内原发性细粒棘球蚴的超微结构进行了观察。扫描电镜显示角质层呈板层状结构,基质疏松,可见密集的小颗粒物质或微孔;生发展内表面呈乳突状突起,间隔一定的距离有边缘不整的陷窝,并见大小不等的圆形小赘生物或囊泡镶嵌其上。原头蚴多为内陷型,可见凹陷孔和排泄孔,体表凹凸不平并有长短不一的小柱状微毛不规则排列其上,近排泄孔体表更为密集。鉴于本文结果与文献报道的绵羊及人体棘球蚴超微结构存在明显差异,作者认为青藏高原牦牛体内原发性细粒棘球蚴有可能是我国的一个独立株系。 The ultrastrucure of 10 primary echinococcus granulosus cysts from yak livers and lungs in Qinghai-Xizang plateau were observed by means of scanning (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). SEM showed that numerous small pore in layer-shaped structure of laminated layer and many pits with different size and irregular edged were found at different distances on the inner surface of the germinal membrane, and many round vesicles with different size adhere to the inner surface. Most of the protoscoleces appear invaginated. They are characterized by a rising and falling tegument with many small cylindrical microtriches. Longitudinal furrows with few small cylindrical microtriches are visualized at the anterior end where the apical portion is invaginated. Longitudinal furrows with many cylindrical microtriches and pedundie-iike are visualized at the posterior end which tail-like portion also is invaginated. For the above-mentioned results are different from reports about ultrastructure of echinococcus granulosus cysts from human, sheep and catties, etc. The echinococcus granulosus that caused yaks echi-nococcosis probably may be a special strain in china.
