摘要 目的探讨在护理进修生教学管理中应用四阶段教学法的效果。方法构建了科学高效的四阶段教学管理模式,即入科前培训-上岗前资质准入-集中理论授课-结业前考核,建立教学监管机制组织和督促教学实施。结果实施后护理进修生对护理教学工作的整体评价好于实施前,且实施后综合考核成绩较实施前提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论四阶段教学法的应用提高了护理进修生的教学质量,提高了护理进修生的整体素质,对护理进修教育探索了一条可行途径。 Objective To discuss the effects of four stages teaching management for advanced training nurses. Methods Four stages teaching management mode was established, which included training before department practice, access examination, collective theory classes, and examination before graduation. The teaching monitoring system was developed to organize and promote teaching. Results After implementation of the new mode, the evaluation from advanced train- ing nurses were better than before, and the examination results were significantly better than before ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of four stages teaching management can improve the teaching quality of advanced training nurses, and explore a feasible way for nurses' advanced training education.
