摘要
本文介绍了从青海省野生动物岩羊体内分离到的8株布氏菌,经噬菌体裂解试验、氧化代谢试验和常规分型鉴定,结果定为羊种布氏菌1生物型的有4株、3生物型的有2株,猪种布氏菌1生物型1株,另有1株为难以定种非典型株。
This Paper reports that 8 trains of Brucella were collected from province Qin Hai. Using Brucel-laphages tests Oxidative metabolic tests and Conventional tests,the results showed that they were 4 strains of B. melitensis bio type I,2 strains of B. melitensis bio type III,one strain of B. suis bio type I and an atypical strain.
