摘要
作为一种重要而复杂的产业组织形式,专利联营反垄断执法的经济理论基础是锌铜双占理论和交易费用理论。由于现行法律法规不健全,以及相关经验的缺乏,我国专利联营反垄断执法面临着严峻的挑战。对此,我国有必要采取相应的对策。
As an important and complex forms of industrial organization,the economic theories of antitrust enforcement on patent pools are based on zinc and copper duopoly theory and transaction cost theory.Due to imperfect Existing laws and policies,and lacking of relevant experience,China＇s antitrust enforcement of patent pools is faced with severe challenges.In this regard,it is necessary to take some appropriate countermeasures to solve the problem.
