辛伐他汀与Bio-Oss骨粉复合物修复种植体周骨缺损的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨辛伐他汀(simvastatin,Simv)与Bio-Oss骨粉复合物对兔胫骨种植体周骨缺损修复的效果。方法选择12只健康日本大耳白兔,分别在双侧胫骨体部上1/3处各植入1枚种植体,并在种植体一侧建立骨缺损区。随机分为实验组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组6只。实验组植入辛伐他汀与Bio-Oss骨粉复合物;对照组仅植入Bio-Oss骨粉,分别于术后4、8周各处死动物6只,行大体观察和骨密度分析。结果大体观察:4周时,A、B两组标本表面有少许骨痂生成;8周时,A组较B组可见明显的新骨生成。骨密度扫描:4周时,两组间差异无统计学意义;8周时,两组间差异有统计学意义,实验组单位面积的骨矿盐含量高于对照组。结论辛伐他汀与Bio-Oss骨粉复合物较Bio-Oss骨粉单独应用可以更好地促进兔胫骨种植体周围缺损区骨质的形成。 Objective To explore the reparation effect of the composite graft with simvastatin and Bio-Oss to the bone defect of rabbit tibia around implantation.Methods Twelve healthy Japan white big-ear rabbits were selected.Defects and holes were made on the bilateral tibia in the 1/3 of each side.Implantations were embedded in holes.The animals were randomly divided into experimental and control groups with 6 in each.The composite graft with simvastatin and Bio-Oss in the bilateral tibia was implanted in experimental group;Bio-Oss was simply implanted in the control group.The bone density was then observed and analyzed at 4 and 8 weeks postoperative.Results Observed in general: bony callus was formed on the specimen surface of A and B groups at the 4th week;new bone was more obviously formed in group A than in group B at 8 weeks.Bone density scanning: the bone mineral density was higher in group A than in group B at 8 weeks,which showed no difference between the two groups at 4 weeks.Conclusion The composite of simvastatin and Bio-Oss can better accelerate the process of bone formation in the bone defect of rabbit tibia around implantation than Bio-Oss itself.
