摘要
目的综述芸香科花椒属两面针抗肿瘤作用研究进展。方法检索近30年来有关两面针抗肿瘤的作用的文献并进行分析。结果芸香科花椒属植物两面针含有丰富的生物碱、黄酮类、酰胺类、木脂素类等化合物,具有杀菌、抗肿瘤、抗癌、细胞毒、抗血小板凝集等功效。最新的研究表明,其活性成分具有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及逆转肿瘤多药耐药的作用。结论芸香科花椒属植物两面针含有的生物碱类具有抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To review the anti-tumor effects of Zanthoxylum nitidum （Roxb.） DC. （Rutaceae）.Method Retrieve the literatures in nearly 30 years about the nitidum’s anti-tumor effects.Results Rutaceae Zanthoxylum nitidum contains of alkaloids, flavone, acid amides, lignans, etc, which had efficacy of anti-bacterial, anti-tumor, anti-cancer, cytotoxicity, inhibition of platelet aggregation, and so on. The newly studies showed that active ingredient in Nitidum can inhibit proliferation of tumor cell, induce tumor cell apoptosis and reverse multidrug resistance.Conclusion The alkaloids of Rutaceae Zanthoxylum nitidum have potential anti-tumor effects.
