摘要
采用Gleeble热模拟试验机测定82B线材的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),并观察不同冷却速度下的82B线材显微组织,分析冷却速度对盘条组织的演变规律的影响.结果表明,冷速范围为6~8℃/s时索氏体组织晶粒度及片间距均为最细小,产生马氏体组织的临界冷却速度为10℃/s.
The CCT curves of 82B wire rod at different cooling rates were measured by using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator.The microstructures of 82B wire rod after deformation were observed by SEM.The effects of cooling rates on the evolution of the wire rod were researched.The results indicate that fine and homogeneous sorbite structure was obtained at the cooling rate of 6-8 ℃/s,and 10 ℃/s is the critical cooling rate to form martensite.
