摘要
针对目前金融危机形势下工科院校管理类毕业生的就业问题,采用面谈访问方法展开调查,得出2011级管理毕业生总体感觉良好、就业方向选择趋于"务实"化、起薪略有增长的结论。提出做好职业生涯规划指导、强化专业实践和开设多方面的就业指导等建议,研究结果对拓展学生就业渠道有指导意义。
In view of management graduates＇ employment in engineering colleges during financial crisis, interviews were made for its investigation.Results show that the 2011 management graduates feel good in general,their choices of emplovment directions tend to be ＂practical＂,and the starting salaries are increased slightly.Suggestions are put forward in offering guidance on career planning,strengthening professional practice and providing wide employment guidance.The results are important in expanding graduates＇ employment channels.
