摘要
目的:探讨5-羟色胺与培养的肝癌细胞增殖的关系。方法:应用MTT法检测5-羟色胺对培养的人肝癌细胞系HCC-9204及大鼠肝癌细胞系FSK-7902增殖影响。结果:两种细胞增殖均对5-HT具有剂量和时间的依赖性。5-HT浓度在10-11至10-6mol/L之间对人肝癌细胞系HCC-9204有促增殖的作用,低于此浓度无作用,高于该浓度反而有抑制作用。同样,5-HT对大鼠肝癌细胞系FSK-7902的作用浓度为10-11至10-7 mol/L之间。结论:5-羟色胺对培养的肝癌细胞具有促进增殖的作用,这种作用具有时间及量的依赖性。
Objective:To explore the relationship between 5-HT and the proliferation of cultured hepatocelluar carcinoma.Methods:MTT technique was used to analyze the effect of 5-HT with different concentrations on the proliferation of cultured human and rat hepatocelluar carcinoma cell lines.Results:5-HT has stimulation effect on the proliferation of both cell lines with dose and time dependence at the concentration ranging from 10^-12 to 10^-6 mol/L,but no effect at the concentration under 10^-12 mol/L and has inhibiting effect at the concentration more than 10^-6 mol/L.Conclusion:It suggested that 5-HT has mitogenic activity on the hepatocelluar carcinoma cells in vitro.
