摘要
中国制造业已经融入全球价值链分工体系,并且凭借巨大的制造业总量成为名副其实的"世界工厂"。但是,中国制造业在全球价值链分工中处于低端环节,存在自主研发能力薄弱、自主营销品牌缺乏和高水平人力资源匮乏方面的问题。面对发达国家高端技术封锁、其他国家劳动力的竞争压力以及资源环境紧张的压力,迫切需要尽快提升产品附加值,开展自主创新,实现制造业产业升级。
China's manufacturing industry has been integrated into the global value chain labor division and has become a truly "world factory" with a huge amount of manufacturing. However, China's manufacturing industry in the global division of labor is in a low - end of the value chain links. There is weak capacity of independent research and development, lack of independent brand marketing and high level human resource. Facing the technology blockade, the competitive pressure of other countries as well as labor intense pressure on resources and environment, the need is urgent to enhance the value - added products, to carry out independent innovation, industrial upgrading as soon as possible in the manufacturing industry.
