摘要
目的 探讨TGF -β对体外培养的人星形细胞瘤细胞增殖的影响。 方法 体外培养的人星形细胞瘤细胞 ,分别加入 0 0 1ng/ml ,0 .1ng/ml,1ng/ml,5ng/ml的TGF -β ,采用MTT法研究TGF -β对人星形细胞瘤细胞增殖的影响。 结果 TGF -β以剂量依赖方式抑制人星外细胞瘤细胞增殖 ,其作用在第二天达到高峰。结论 TGF -β能明显抑制人星形细胞瘤细胞增殖 ,因而可能成为生物疗法治疗人星形细胞瘤的新方法。
Objective To evaluate the effects of TGF-β on human glioma cell proliferation in vitro.Method U373MG(Aastrocytoma grade 3) were used.The effects of TGF-β (0.01 ng/ml to 5 ng/ml) on U373MG at different time point were measured by MTT methods.Result TGF-β produced a dose dependent decrease in proliferation of U373MG.The effect reached the highest point on the second day.Conclusion TGF-β can inhibit U373MG proliferation.TGF-β may help identify new targets in therapy for brain tumours.An antiproliferative therapy could be envisaged.
