摘要
目的探讨p15与p27基因与星形细胞瘤发生、发展,恶性程度的关系。方法采用S-P免疫组化法染色观察50例人星形细胞瘤组织中p15和p27基因蛋白的表达情况。结果p27基因在低级别及高级别星形细胞瘤平均阳性细胞百分率分别为(38.16±10.79)%、(11.00±3.24)%。p15基因在低级别与高级别星形细胞瘤平均阳性细胞百分率分别为(32.53±12.46)%、(10.50±2.01)%。结论p15与p27基因蛋白的平均阳性细胞百分率与星形细胞瘤的病理分级和恶性程度有密切关系,可能在星形细胞瘤发生,发展中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the two genes and the development,progress and malignancy in astrocytomas. Methods Expressions of the p15 and p27 protein in 50 human astrocytoma tissue specimens were detected by S-P immunohistochemical method. Results The average percentages of p15 positive cell in lowgrade and high-grade astrocytomas were 32.53 ±12.46%, 10. 50±2.01% respectively. The average percentages of p27 positive cell gene in low-grade and high-grade astrocytomas were 38.16±10.79%, 11.00±3.24% respectively. Conclusion The average percentage of p15 and p27 positive cell is related to the pathlogical grading and malignancy of astrocytomas. The data suggest that p15 and p27 genes play an important role in the development and progress of astrocytomas.
