摘要
目的对乳腺癌术后化疗患者生命质量的现状及影响因素进行调查分析。方法选择2009年5月～2011年5月在本院外科手术化疗治疗后的乳腺癌患者150例,进行生存质量的问卷调查并分析其影响因素。结果乳腺癌术后化疗患者生命质量一般;患者的未婚离异、工作压力、医疗保障、社会支持、患者抑郁、疾病临床病理分期对患者的生存质量有影响(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者术后生存质量一般,医护人员应有针对性地作出相应的干预,从而提高病人的生存质量。
Objective To analyze the quality of life for breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy after operation and its influencing factors. Methods Selected 150 cases patients treated with chemotherapy after operation in our hospital from May 2009 to May 2011, and surveyed the quality of life and analyzed its influencing factors. Results The quality of life for breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy after operation was common. The influencing factol：s were divorced, pres- sure of work, medical guarantee, social support, depressed and pathological staging. Conclusion The quality of life for breast cancer patients treated with chemotherapy after operation is common, and the medical workers should take targeted measures to improve the quality of life for breast cancer patients.
