摘要
采用光纤氧传感器测定了高压氧,并依据改进的Stern-Volmer方程:I_0/I=a+blog(pO_2)绘制了标准曲线,此方程能够较好的拟合试验数据。研究了标准曲线的日间精密度、日内精密度及回收率,结果表明,标准曲线的准确度高,但精密度易受外界因素的影响,故需在测定样品的同时测定标准曲线。
High pressure oxygen was determined by optical fiber O2 sensor. The standard curves were also obtained according to the improved Stern-Volmer equation :I0/I=a+blog (pO2)which could fit the experiment data much better. The within-day precision,the between-day precision and the recovery of the standard curves were studied,and the results showed that the accuracy of the standard curves was fine,but some external factors will affect the determined precise,so the preparation of standard curves and the determination of sample must be carried out simultaneously.
