摘要
根据结构等强度优化理论,利用拉美公式优化得出凹模各层尺寸及层间过盈量,并得出平端面组合凹模的优化结构。将端面倾角和阶梯高度引入到有限元优化模型中,以各层最大等效应力达到材料许用应力值为优化目标,最终得到各优化参数值。与平端面组合凹模相比,有限元优化得到的阶梯式斜端面组合凹模总体直径和内层直径尺寸明显减小。
According to the structure strength optimization theory, each concave die layers size and inter layer interfer- ence were obtained by using the Lame formula. The end angle and stage height were introduced into the finite element optimization model. Setting the maximum equivalent stress reached the material's allowed stress as the optimization object, the optimization parameters of the staged oblique end combined concave die were obtained. Compared with the flat end combined die, the total diameter and the inside diameter of staged oblique end combined concave die are decreased obviously.
