摘要
目的观察中药洗剂外用治疗婴儿头面部湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法选择120例典型头面部湿疹患儿按就诊单双号随机均分为两组,试验组中药洗剂外用治疗,对照组用西医综合疗法,7天为一疗程,治疗结束后,观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果试验组有效率为91.67%,对照组有效率为70%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药洗剂外用治疗婴儿头面部湿疹有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of baby eczema on the head and face treated with Chinese medicine outside wash.Methods 120 cases of baby eczema patients on the head and face were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in experimental group were treated with Chinese medicine outside wash while the patients in control group were treated with western medicine multi-modality treatment.7 days was one period of treatment,and the therapeutic effect and side-effect after treatment were observed.Results The effective rate was 91.67% in experimental group,70% in the control group.The difference of effective rate between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The Chinese medicine outside wash has good therapeutic effects in treating baby eczema on the head and face,which is worthy of clinic application.
