摘要
目的:考察不同炮制方法对黄芩及其制剂中黄芩甙含量的影响。方法:用HPLC法测定不同炮制规格黄芩及其煎煮液中黄芩甙的含量。结果:加工不当黄芩及黄芩炭中黄芩甙的含量明显降低。结论:加工炮制不恰当可造成黄芩甙含量明显降低,因而使得制剂中黄芩甙含量悬殊;炒制及炭化过程对黄芩甙破坏严重。
Objective: To review the influence of various processing methods on the content of baicalin in radix Scutellariae and its preparations. Method: The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. Results: The content of baicalin decreased evidently when the brocessing method was in appropriate. Conclusion: Improper processing method can decrease the content of baicalin, and frying and carbonizing destroyed baicalin seriously.
