支气管哮喘与原癌基因c-fos关系探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨支气管哮喘与原癌基因Proto -oncogenec -fos间关系 ,该文建立了哮喘豚鼠模型 ,用免疫组化及图像分析测定支气管上皮细胞c -fos蛋白表达量。结果哮喘组病理检查细支气管壁上皮细胞脱落、上皮层破坏明显 ,上皮细胞c -fos蛋白表达量 (2 9.13± 7.2 ) %显著高于DXM治疗组 (15 .0± 2 .96 )及对照组 (4.19±1.2 5 )。说明c -fos表达增强可能与哮喘发生密切相关 ,而且c-fos作用机制可能与其活化、损伤气道上皮细胞有关 ,肾上腺皮质激素能控制哮喘可能与其下调c Objective: To probe into correlation between bronchial asthma and expression of oncogene c-fos, the asthmatic guinea pigs models which were checked by pathological change of bronchiole were produced with inhaling aerosolized ovalbumin. Then the c-fos protein expression on bronchial epithilial cell was assessed by immunohistochemical technique and image analysis. Conclusions: The results showed that the structure of bronchial wall and epithilium of the asthmatic group (29.13±7.73%) was significantly higher than that of the DXM treatment group (15.0±29.6%) and control group (4.19±1.25%), both p<0.05. This data indicated that the obvious enhanced oncogene c-fos expression might be play partly role in acting and damaging airway epithilium maybe close associated with bronchial asthma. The beneficial effects of corticosteroid in asthma may results from inhibiting c-fos expression.
