摘要
卡巴拉汀是经典的阿尔茨海默病(AD)对症治疗药物胆碱酯酶抑制剂的代表品种,对不同程度AD患者的认知功能、日常生活功能及精神行为症状都有明显的改善作用,而对轻度认知损害(MCI)患者的作用尚不明确。卡巴拉汀贴剂不良反应少,耐受性增强,便于临床长期治疗。
As a cholinesterase inhibitor, rivastigmine is the the classic drug in the treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease （AD）. It is significant efficacy for improving the cognitive function, activities of daily living and behavior and psychologincal symptoms of AD patients. However, the efficacy in mild cognitive impairment patients is unclear. Rivastigmine patch can reduce adverse drug reactions and increase tolerability and achieve lone-term treatment.
