摘要
由于河流的冲刷作用,某穿越黄河输油管道悬空段长度达到49 m,受力状态十分危险。针对其特定的地理位置及环境条件,提出了设置拉索的治理方案。文章通过对悬空管道治理前后应力及涡激振动的计算分析,得出该治理方案可有效减小悬空管道应力,但还不能防止悬空管道因涡激振动产生疲劳破坏的结论。
Owing to the action of river scouring, the length of a suspended section of the oil pipeline crossing the Yellow River reaches 49 m and the pipeline is under dangerous force state. According to the particular geographic position and circumstance condition, a treatment scheme of setting up two stayed-cables is brought forward. Through calculations and analyses on stresses and vortex-excited vibration before and after the treatment for the suspended pipeline section, it is concluded that the treatment scheme can effectively decrease the pipeline stress but can not prevent the fatigue failure induced by vortex-excited vibration.
