摘要
深井套管柱悬空段的长度直接关系到固井的质量和成本,是我国深井油田急需解决的问题之一。直到目前为止,尚未见到有关套管柱悬空段合理长度的研究工作和设计依据。本文根据套管柱直接稳定性理论及强度条件进行科学分析,综合考虑安全和经济方面的要求,研究出了该长度的限值设计式,以及安装井口时施加提拉力的简洁计算式,可供深井油田固井工程设计使用。
The free segment length of deep oil well casing string gives an important influence to the quality and cost of the oil well cementing operation.Up to now in technical journals the reasonable free segment length of casing string has not been researched.Based on the theory of casing string stability and strength,this paper presents an analysis of this problem. Formula for designing the reasonable free segment length of casing string and for giving tensile force of well head during well completion job have been derived with consideration of safety and economy.
