摘要
传统锌酸盐镀锌工艺以有机胺和环氧氯丙烷的缩合物为添加剂 ,配合使用辅助光亮剂以提高镀层光亮度。本工艺在此基础上改进双组分添加剂为单组分 ,合成一种烷基化的芳香醛缩合物的混合物为添加剂 ,工艺维护简便。通过实验对比了单组分添加剂镀锌工艺与传统工艺的性能 ,本工艺所得镀层光亮度更好。
Condensation product of amine and epoxychloropropane was used as additive in the traditional zincate based zinc electroplating process, and secondary brightener was added to improve deposit brightness as well. On the basis, an easy-maintain zinc plating process was developed using single-component additive which was condensate mixture of alkyl aromatic aldehyde for substituting the above duplex-components additives. Properties of the two processes were experimentally compared in result that the later could obtain much better brightness deposit.
