摘要 目的研究能够科学反映个体素质状况和差异的医科大学生综合素质评估指标体系。方法通过文献回顾、小型专家会议,建立指标体系初步方案。采用德尔菲(D elph i)法组织2轮专家函询,汇总专家意见,确定指标命名、权重和内涵。结果应用D elph i法,经过2轮专家函询,各指标权重的变异系数分布于0.00~0.10,权重分布集中程度较高,离散程度较低,专家对指标认同率均达95%以上。结论建立了一套由思想道德素质、科学文化素质、专业素质、心理素质、身体素质、基本能力素质6项一级指标,20项二级指标和19项三级指标构成的医科大学生综合素质评估指标体系,为院校评价人才、单位选用人才,提高大学生综合素质发挥作用。 Objective To establish a suitable compositive diathesis evaluation index system for medical undergraduates.Methods Through literature review and discussion of a small scale of specialists,the authors established the primary index system.Then Delphi method was taken to organize two rounds of specialist consultations,index name,weight and meaning were identified.Results With Delphi method and two rounds of specialist consultations,coefficient of variation of the indicators distributed in 0.00~0.10,the centralized degree of the weights was high while the discrete degree was low,and 95% of the specialists agreed the results.Conclusion A compositive diathesis evaluation index system for medical undergraduates is established,which includs six first-level indicators:idea and morality,science and culture,specialty,mentality,corporeity and basic abilities,20 secondlevel indicators,and 19 third-level indicatrs.It is important for universities to evaluate undergraduates,for units to choose graduates and for undergraduates to develop their diathesis.
