摘要
近年来,中国铜消费量大幅度增长,铜资源较为短缺,铜工业生态经济系统遭到严重破坏,如何衡量和评价铜工业的经济与环境协调程度,成为学界和研究者普遍关注的问题。定量评价循环经济的发展水平是循环经济的一个基础理论课题。基于能值理论,运用能值分析方法,从能值流量来源、能值经济社会、资源综合利用、环境压力及综合指数5个方面构建铜工业循环经济发展的能值评价指标体系,为正确认识铜工业生态经济系统的重要性和铜工业战略决策的科学化提供借鉴。
In recent years, significant increases in copper consumption have led to a relative copper resource shortage and badly damaged eco-economy system of copper industry, and thus how to measure and evaluate the degree of collaboration between economy and environment of copper industry has become an issue to which academic circles and researchers are attentive. Quantitative evaluation toward the development level of circular economy is a fundamen- tal subject of circular economy issues. Based on energy theory and employing emergy analysis, the paper constructs the emergy index system of circular economy in copper industry from five aspects, namely emergy flux sources, eco- nomic society of emergy, comprehensive utilization of resources, environmental pressure and comprehensive indexes, providing theoretical support for correct understanding of the importance of eco-economy system of copper industry and scientific decision-making strategies in copper industry.
