辛伐他汀对缺血性脑血管患者脑血管储备能力的影响观察 被引量：12

摘要 目的探讨不同剂量辛伐他汀的使用对缺血性脑血管患者脑血管储备能力的影响。方法以2009年1月至2011年1月期间本院收治的96例缺血性脑血管病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组和常规组,常规组给予抗血小板聚集、降纤、控制血压等常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予辛伐他汀常规剂量治疗(10mg/d),观察组给予辛伐他汀强化量治疗(40 mg/d),治疗6个月后观察三组患者治疗前后的屏气指数和脑血管储备能力的变化。结果常规组治疗后的屏气指数和脑血管储备能力略有改善,但差异无统计学意义,对照组和观察组治疗后的屏气指数比治疗前均增加,脑血管储备能力均显著提高,但观察组的屏气指数和脑血管储备能力改善更为明显。结论辛伐他汀治疗可以改善缺血性脑血管病患者的脑血管储备能力,大剂量强化治疗对脑血管储备能力的改善效果更为明显。
