摘要
以武汉5家改制国有企业为样本,采用灰靶模型对国有企业改制中职工持股的目的进行了研究,结果表明:影响职工持股的主要因素按作用大小依次为,企业的赢利能力、股权集中度、职工的年龄、职工技能.这也证实了当前职工持股以长期股权投资为主要目的,而不是以就业和短期福利为主要诉求.
Focused on the purposes of employee sharing ownership in reformed state-owned enterprises,this paper applies grey target model and analyses 5 reformed state-owned enterprises in Wuhan.The result reveals that the main factors,which affect the employees holding shares,are in descending order as follow: the profitability of business,ownership concentration,the age of employees and staff skills.It is also confirmed that long-term equity investments is the main purpose of employee sharing ownership,employment and short-term welfare are not the main appeals.
