摘要
目的通过本实验从病理上证实散结消瘿方是否能减轻自身免疫性甲状腺炎的炎性浸润。同时,论证散结消瘿方对自身免疫性甲状腺炎大鼠自身抗体TGAb和TPOAb及甲状腺功能的影响。方法将健康的雌性Wistar大鼠60只,体质量约(120±20)g,购回后适应性饲养1周,随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、雷公藤治疗组、散结消瘿方组。结果模型组TGAb和TPOAb较正常组升高,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。雷公藤治疗组TGAb和TPOAb较模型组降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05);散结消瘿方组TGAb和TPOAb较模型组降低,有显著性差异(P<0.01);TSH含量正常组、模型组、雷公藤治疗组、散结消瘿方组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);FT3、FT4含量正常组、模型组、雷公藤治疗组、散结消瘿方组间无差异(P>0.05);模型组淋巴细胞浸润程度较正常组明显增多,范围明显增大,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。雷公藤治疗组淋巴细胞浸润程度较模型组显著降低,范围明显缩小,有显著性差异(P<0.05);散结消瘿方组淋巴细胞浸润程度较模型组显著降低,范围明显缩小,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论散结消瘿方能活血通络,消瘿化结。主治痰血互结甲状腺肿大。能减少甲状腺自身抗体(TGAb、TPOAb)的形成,减少淋巴细胞的浸润,减少自身免疫性甲状腺炎的自身免疫反应及炎症反应,且能缩小弥漫性肿大的甲状腺组织。

Triptolide treatment group, was significantly lower than in model group, the range was significantly reduced, there was significant differenee ( P 〈 0.05) ; Sanjie Xiaoying Fang group degree of lymphocyte infiltration significantly lower than that of model group, the range was significantly reduced, there was significant difference ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Sanjie Xiaoying side group can only Huoxuetongluo, Xiaoying of the knot. Can reduce the thyroid autoantibodies (TGAb, TPOAb) formation, reduce lymphocyte infiltration and autoimmune thyroiditis autoimmune reaction and inflammatory response, and can reduce the diffuse enlargement of the thyroid tissue.
