基于非线性滤波技术的新型控制策略

摘要 针对某660 MW机组锅炉过热蒸汽温度调节系统存在较严重的谐振问题,提出一种基于非线性滤波技术的新型控制策略。运用非线性滤波技术提取被控参数中的干扰特征量,然后将非线性滤波回路与常规比例积分微分控制回路相结合组成局部反馈校正回路,使闭环回路拥有优良的频率特性。采用新型控制策略后系统增益保持在1.0左右,几乎不随扰动频率变化;低负荷时主蒸汽温度变化量由19.5℃降至8.1℃。仿真结果和实际投运效果表明优化后的控制系统具有良好的动态品质。 Aiming at severe resonance of superheat steam temperature regulating system in 600 MW boiler,a new control strategy based on nonlinear filter technique is proposed.Characteristic quality of interference in controlled parameter is collected by means of nonlinear filter technique,after which nonlinear filter circuit and conventional PID control circuit are integrated as local feedback compensation circuit to make closed-loop in possession of frequency characteristics.System gain after adoption of new control method keeps at approximately 1.0 and can scarcely be altered by disturbance frequency;main steam temperature decreases from 19.5 ℃ to 8.1℃ in low load.The simulation result and practical operation shows that the optimized control system is of top dynamic quality.
