基于和利时DCS的锅炉双引风出力动态自平衡的优化控制

摘要 本文主要针对热电厂锅炉双引风机变频控制运行无法实现出力动态自动平衡调整的问题,提出了一种基于和利时DCS实现的实时动态自平衡的优化控制方法,解决了热电厂锅炉各种负荷情况下双引风机自动运行时同步控制出力的不同导致耗能增加,机组的整体运行效率受影响的问题。经过现场实际应用验证,双引风机动态出力不平衡的问题得到改善,此方案满足了现场优化节能的控制需求。 Aiming at the problem that the variable frequency control operation of double induced draft fans in thermal power plant boiler can not realize the dynamic automatic balance adjustment of output,this paper puts forward a real-time dynamic automatic balance optimization control method based on Hollysys DCS.This method solves the problem that the energy consumption increases and the overall operation efficiency of the unit is affected in the synchronous control but different output of double induced draft fan under automatic operation in various boiler loads.After practical application,the problem of double induced draft fan dynamic output imbalance has been improved by the optimal control method,and this scheme meets the control requirements of field optimization and energy saving.
