摘要
对高速钢的化学成分、组织结构和热处理工艺进行了分析,提出了W18Cr4V钢合理的热处理工艺,用该工艺生产的刃具及冷作模具,综合力学性能好,使用寿命长,切削时获得的零件表面品质高。
Analysis the high speed steel chemical composition,microstructure and heat treatment process of W18Cr4V steel,put forward reasonable heat treatment process.With its production of cutting tools and cold mold have good comprehensive mechanical property,long service life,and it could obtain high surface quality when cutting.
